Hello everyone!
Recently we have visited this fine dining restaurant called The Clay Oven, located it Green Park and reviewed it.It is known for its Indian and chinese cusines.
Before coming to the food I must mention about the classy interiors it had. From gramophone to authentic indian tiffin it had it all.
Coming back to the food, these were the items we were served with-
Drinks
We went for Pina colada and Mint on ice for our dinks.I was trying Pina colada for the first time
but fell in love with its first sip.It was light and soothing. On the other hand mint on ice was a blast of mint and lemonade which refreshes your soul to the core.
Starters
For starters we went ahead with chicken seekh kabab and fish tikka. Both of them were very delicious. But the kebabs could have been a little more juicer.Although the fish tikka was fresh, juicy and tinder.
Main Course
As you can see for main course we had ordered one item from the indian menu and other from chinese.
Indian
So for the indian main coarse we had Murg Badam Pasanda with Garlic Naan. The gravy was thick and tangy with a light taste of badam in it.The Garlic naan was soft and tasty too.
Chinese
From the chinese menu we went ahead with our favourite dish chilly chicken gravy and chicken hakka noodles. And trust me guys it was one of the best chilly chicken I had in a long time.I could have it as much as possible.Highly recommended.
Desserts
Desserts are my favourite part of the meal and thus my expectations from them are very high as well. So,as you can see that we went ahead with caramel custard and hot chocolate fundge for our favourite meal. Both of them were sinfully good. And we couldn’t resist ourselves from having them more and more. But being a chocolate lover,I loved the chocolate fudge more.Though the custard was good as well.
