Celebrating Republic Day the Imly Way

On Thursday 26^th January 2017, Imly celebrated India’s68^th Republic Day with proud and enthusiasm. Imly, situated in Rajendra Place New Delhi has taken a remarkable initiative by organising this Grand Event for all the foodies and infantry army officers. They enlightened the event with their presence and also shared real-life experiences. Everyone who was present at that moment felt proud.

The place was decorated beautifully in orange, white and green, the colours of Indian Flag. The restaurant was graced in tri-color along with the food that was served on the table. My first dish that I tried that afternoon was Golgappe which were served graciously in tri-colour theme and were as delicious as they looked.

Moving forward, I tried their PaneerTikka and Pizza Dosa, and they both were extraordinarily delicious.

Everything on the menu was specifically prepared only in three colours; orange, white and green, keeping in mind the theme of Republic Day. The presentation was as good as the taste of the food. Although there were many people attending the event, Imly family was able to take good care of all the guests with its great hospitality and service. I was really impressed by their personal touch; I guess that’s why they have become one of the most trending restaurant chains in Delhi NCR.

Again I am a huge fan of Soya Chaap and it was served on my table in tri-colours. It looked beautiful and it tasted even better. Also, they served South Indian delicacies and their idlis were served beautifully in the three colours of the day.

From chholebhature to pizza, pao-bhaji to spring rolls, Imly has crossed the bar of being highly creative, special thanks to its team of chefs.
PS: I ate a plate full of jalebis too. They were the best I have ever eaten.

Among drinks, my favourite was desi mojito.
I have been a fan of Imly since the day it was launched and till date I can’t get enough of what all it has in store. One of the most inspirational and innovative food chains in Delhi, Imly has proved with the time that it is truly the best Pure-Vegetarian outlet in Delhi.

That’s not all. Imly knows how to show its love and affection to all the guests. The owner of the restaurant Mr VarunPuri, greeted everyone personally before leaving and made sure that everyone attending the Republic Day event with the aim of ‘Service before Self’, receive these amazing goodies and leave the outlet with a smile on their face. Overall, it was one of the most wonderful events Imly can give to all its esteemed guests. Hoping to see more!
